I have stayed at this Ramada more than once. Waking distance to Ala Moana beach park. This is the only beach I go to while visiting Hawaii. Close to Ala Moana mall, Walmart etc. Staff are fantastic and I appreciated the ability for staff to accommodate an upper floor room request. Air conditioning worked superb, pool was clean and always fresh towels available. The building is older but I have no issues with this. I recommend this location.

Okay for the area
Adequate but fairly worn and smaller size room. Daily housekeeping appreciated. Although rooms are non-smoking, after a few days my belongings seemed to have a faint tobacco smell.

I appreciated that there were no resort fees and that there was a microwave, mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. The decor is outdated but the room was spacious (we had a room with 2 queen beds) and had space for a table with 2 arm chairs. Good location in Waikiki, and noise level was average or even below average for Waikiki, which I consider a plus (some places in Waikiki are really noisy). Also it was very clean.

This is a very dated property. Guest laundry was a plus. Individual room window AC unit was noisy and did a poor job cooling the room . Room was on the smaller side. Shower was mal adjusted/installed making it tuff not to freeze or scald. Staff seemed more Japanese/Korean centered vice US citizens. Would not stay here again.

Im so dis appointed
The aircondition was too loud. Its like you are next to a loader truck engine that just turn on. It keeps me awake the whole time.. the bathroom was not properly clean and the carpet is wet and sandy. The table and the chair are next to the aircon it keeps the food cold in just a minute and its very imposible to eat in the table as the aircondition fan is just impossible to use. And as well as the parking fee was not disclosed you have to pay separately for a parking slot that you have to wait for almost an hour to get a spot. It’s ridiculous.

Good location
For Honolulu the price was good. The room was comfortable but nothing fancy. Room had microwave. It’s an older accomodation but was fine. Bus stop out the front, very handy. About a 15 minute walk to Ala Moana. About a 15 bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful.

The only things we minded was there was construction right next to where the pool was on another building and it got loud and ear piercing and also the room ac didn’t seem to really work well at keeping the air cool at times
