This was the first time we stayed at this location. Staff was very friendly and facility was clean. Room was clean but furniture, layout, and fixtures really gave a dated vibe. Although parking is limited on site, Parking was easy for us even getting back to the hotel around 930 pm one nite. I would stay again for the convenience.

Parking is a big issue at this location. The parking staff was not helpful. I was unhappy that I was charged $30 for parking each day but had to wait in my car in the evening on multiple days for employees to leave work for a parking spot to become available.

Our penthouse apartment on the top floor was spacious for family of 4, and well-equipped. Outdoor wrap around porch was very nice for morning coffee time. Very conveniently located from Waikiki beach, shopping and dining.

All the staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. Rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable — it’s not a resort, but we didn’t need all the resort frills and prices! No breakfast or restaurant available inside the hotel, but a very good, local, and reasonably priced restaurant is just around the corner. Great location for sailing, scuba, and snorkeling, and a small beach is a block away. We will definitely stay there again!

The staff was very nice! However, my score was affected by a few issues: the laundry room was connected to the pool, there were not enough pillows, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. In fact, our room reminded me of the one Martin Luther King slept in at the Lorraine Motel. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel and very close to the beach and other attractions.
