The location was perfect as far as walking to restaurants and local shops. The hotel itself is very out dated in the rooms. Cleanliness was often questionable but otherwise no complaints. That staff was wonderful and maintained towel services everyday.

The property was close by to plenty of eating places as well as close to shopping. Short walk to get to the Hilton beach and pools. Not too much further to get to the beach proper. Always plenty to do in Waikiki as well. The facilities like the pool and the washing machines were great as we had been travelling a few weeks and needed clothes washed and dried. Pool area was good with plenty of room and different seating arrangements. Over all a very good stay.

Location is okay. Screwed up my payment - charge was $478.00 and they input $2100.00, which then locked up my credit card. It was good thing that I have a backup credit card or I would have been in trouble. No apology - nothing een though I am eating chips and dips until the money is refunded to my account.

We liked that our room was clean, cold with an excellent air conditioner and was quiet the entire stay. We also liked the convenient location to many restaurants, and that all of them were walkable from the hotel. Parking was excellent; we never had a problem getting a space in the lot adjacent to the hotel. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
