Staying at this property you get a decent room, stores and restaurants within the property itself, convient location that is walkable to many other restaurants and shops. The only downside is it's hard to enjoy the pool if you don't go there early. Many people just put towels on chairs just to save them for later even though they are not in use. Overall it was a great property and I would've mind staying here again.

We had a nice ocean view room that was a long way from the elevator but being on the beach side it was very quiet compared with other times we had a lot of noise on the road or city sides. The pool attendants were really helpful as was out daily server’s at the Kai restaurant. Randy was always nice at Kai’s.

Our stay was great. The hotel was lovely. We did have one day where we had to ring in the evening as our room hadn’t been made up. A few more attendants around the pool area for food and drinks would be good. Sunscreen for people to use at the towel kiosk would also be good. Pool towels ran out a few times. Special mention for AC, he was amazing with our kids when he was on pool slide duty, he was awesome!

The Kai Market was disappointing, the side of fruit I ordered was not fresh. The pineapple was old. The restaurant is nice, however the carpet needs to be cleaned. The portion to price ratio was over priced. Servers were great. Not what we expected. A very busy hotel, our room was clean.

We liked the pools and the rocking chairs. We didn't like having to wait 3 and a half hours to get our room. Our flight arrived early and we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 am. Check-in time was 3:00 pm. We knew there would be a waiting time for our room, and were told they would call us when our room was ready. They did not call. At 2:30 we went to the front desk saw other people just walking up and being assigned rooms. We asked about ours and surprise! it was suddenly ready. We waiting 3 and one-half hours to get our room assignment. We understood that there would be a wait time, but it didn't seem fair for others who just arrived to receive their rooms before us when we had been waiting for hours. Not acceptable. We should have been given an upgrade or at least a free dinner at one of the restaurants. Instead we got nothing for the inconvenience.
