Overall a nice place with great service and staffs

Spacious comfortable room with nice views and balcony. Clean room and bathroom. Bed mattress was okay but not too comfortable for us, possibly a bit too hard. Good location, short walk to the lagoon and beach and next to the pier, easy if you want to go to the any boat excursions.

The location was great. Its a walking distance to the Ala Moana Mall and other shopping stores. It's also a walking distance to the beach and the lagoon at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The parking was great because its just below the property and very accessible. The room is spacious and we barely even used the sofa. Also, there's microwave and fridge available in the room. There's also a great bar and dining located next to the pool. I would recommend staying here and would most likely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is perfectly placed at the beginning of Waikīkī and close enough to eateries and shopping. You really don’t need a car. The beaches are right next to the hotel. And the staff are fantastic!

At the beginning of Waikiki it was convenient location and with its reasonable cost for on site parking was ideal for our purpose which included lots of travel to various parts of the island. Staff was always available and helpful as we came in at some late and left at early hours.

Very nice property with beautiful views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of locations to eat nearby and beach was a few steps away. Only downside was the patio furniture. The oversized chairs made me feel like a 5 year old sitting in the chair and my feet couldn't touch the floor. It was very uncomfortable and made me dread sitting on the balcony to enjoy the views.
