You live up to your impressive name.
Dinner at Quara was oustanding! My husband raved about the oxtail pasta and brussle sprouts. Everyone was incredible polite, cheerful, and perfectly lovely. We loved the kitchen and furo, too. Of all the Ritz-Carltons we've stayed at--Washington, DC, Maui, the old one on the Big Island, the one in Marina Del Rey, and a fabulous one in Cario, yours was the sweetest. We went to the one in Paris, but only to the bar. Hope to stay there some day, but we will be back to see you next week--sad circumstances but happy to stay with you stellar hospitality superstars.
