If you want an early check in you have to pay for it. Most hotels will let you check in early if there is an available room at no charge. We travel a lot and have never been told that there is an extra 75.00 for early check in. We were put in a terrible room with construction across the hall from us. The noise was terrible. The elevators were close by as well. Others in our party had beautiful rooms paying the same price as we did. We were told they had nothing else to move us to. The front desk wasn’t great at offering solutions. Just cash to make any changes. The location is great. We just did not have a great experience there. Won’t return. Plenty of other nice hotels in the area to pick from.

Hotel centrally located to shops and restaurants within strolling distances. Glimpse of ocean view from our balcony. Staff was courteous and helpful. coffees and tea provided but no milk. Beach was within 5 minutes walk.

I received a warm welcome when checking in at 11 pm on a Saturday night. I found the room clean and spacious. There was enough lighting in the room. The bathroom seems old. There is a huge LG TV. I appreciated the good wifi. The location is perfect. The staff (front desk, housekeeping and bell service) I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The cirque du soleil show Auana was superb. It had all the thrilling elements and acrobatic skills of a Cirque show with a Hawaiian theme.

Expedia showed the price of this hotel it included taxes & fees was charged $94.36 at check out resort charge plus taxes. The hotel was extremely noisy 6th floor wore earplugs too sleep shower temp fluctuated between cold/hot. They do not have their own restaurant on site small cafe&brewery

I am staying in room 723 now and I am disappointed with the experience. The room is much smaller than shown in the photos, lacked the sofa pictured on the website, and does not have the promised ‘Waikiki view.’ Instead, the view is very underwhelming. The misleading descriptions and images felt like false advertising. For the price, I expected much better
