Our stay in the city view was wonderful. The room itself was clean, well stocked, cozy and had that charming Hawaiian feel! The bed was very comfortable for my mom and I. The seating area was such a nice feature for our week stay along with the kitchen that had everything you needed. Also, so appreciative of the tasty coffee we had everyday brewed in the coffee pot. The location itself was within walking distance of everything. The only setback was that there was not any hot water in our shower. But we didn’t say anything or didn’t mind. I’m sure they would have helped to correct it. The staff at reception was beyond kind and accommodating. Thank you Carissa for making this a wonderful birthday celebration for Mom. I would definitely recommend staying here!

No late checkouts available and checkout being 10AM is crazy early for a “resort”. They will hold luggage tho if needed. Valet took quite a while to retrieve vehicle. Dining options/bar decent. Staff is exceptional. Rooms could use some cosmetic touches. Paint/caulk, carpet. Very clean tho

Wonderful stay at the Waikiki Marina Resort at the ilikai! From check in to check out, all staff was very pleasant and welcoming. They even gave us a room with a beautiful partial view of the lagoon. Location is great, close to the Ala Moana shopping centre and minutes to the beach. We will return someday! Mahalo 🌺

Our room faced the street and the I’d recommend resealing the doors. The heat and the noise were very noticeable. I’d also recommend changing out the filer on the air conditioner. It smelled each time we turned it on.

Extremely disappointed with our stay. Residents were grumpy old hags. Kids were barely allowed to exist in the pool area or it set them off. Patio doors have no stripping so you hear EVERYTHING and more.

On one night we had a fire alarm and had to leave our rooms for awhile until an inspection was done. It was also raining so there were limited areas to go to. We were on the city side and there was a lot of noise from the street. The trolley did not have the hotel as a stop. Room was clean, but could use some updating.
