We stayed two nights with our 5 year old and dog. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It had a mini fridge and microwave which was really convenient for us since we brought food and snacks with us. They have a great grassy area for the dogs too. We walked to breakfast both days. Downtown is a quick 3 minute drive. We didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool but maybe next time. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the rates and it was exactly what we needed in order to explore the area and come back to a comfortable, safe space. Highly recommend.

My room had recently been renovated and was so cute, clean and charming. It was very quiet and I slept really well, and that is unusual for me. I will stay here anytime I come to Hood River

I stayed in Room 21 which I was told was newly renovated. It was nice. However, when I went to take a shower the tub was slippery and there was no rubber mat to be found. I placed a towel instead but slipped anyway. My husband said he would report it but he didn’t so I called the next day. The woman on the phone questioned why I didn’t report it, told me there should have been a mat and basically reprimanded me because she needed to report the incident but couldn’t without my signature on a form. No reassurance given she would address my complaint. Maybe someone will get really hurt and then they can deal with a lawsuit!

Very average motel. Bed very high and mattress very thick so sheets did not fit and came apart in the night. No maid service so bed was a mess the 2nd and3rd days. No refill of coffee. Faucet on sink did not work properly and very difficult to control temperature. Only 1 chair. Would not stay here again.

My room was recently renovated but it was not complete. The window didn't have a lock and the stick they put to rig it was too short and someone could easily get it open. It did not make me feel very safe.

I enjoyed our stay. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I stay here several times a year! My mom lives close enough to walk to visit and I love that. My room was clean, had air conditioning, the pool and hot tub are awesome.

The bed was on some metal platform which was to high for me. I had to grab the sheet and pull myself into the bed. The was some odor coming out of the toilet

The staff was very friendly, the room was super clean, and the view is gorgeous! It was also in a grear location. We were able to walk to several coffee shops, places to eat, and to shop. We would stay here again.
