So cool, when we entered our room it had a custom welcome on the television. The staff was so accommodating. They made sure we were able to have adjoining rooms to keep our family together. The whole hotel was very clean. Pool had tons of clean towels, which was refreshing. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and have already consodered staying again on our next pass through on the same route.

The hotel is nice. HOWEVER, I was awakened at 4:45 by a cacophony of extremely loud banging of pots and pans, roaring running water, numerous loud thugs and wall banging. I was assigned a nice single king room on the first floor #106. After I was so rudely awakened, I walked in my pajamas, barefoot to the front desk to inquire as to what the racket was, if it was a kitchen behind rm #106? There was a young woman slumped over the desk reading something on a stack of papers. When I spoke to her, she never looked up and after a very long pause, without even acknowledging me, nor looking up, she mumbled “ya, the kitchen” and huffed. She was extremely rude! I will be contacting the Manager, Bruce Bailey on Monday, Dec 15 to lodge my complaint and concerns.
