A must for those travelling with dogs!

Amazing hotel in an amazing location for travelling around the Peaks. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with enough space. The Wadobi is perfect for cleaning up the dogs who were made as welcome as ourselves. Will definitely stay again!

Great hotel staff need personal training

Excellent room easy to book in but staff in restaurant very no attentive , got that fed up of waiting we ended going back to our room and ordered room service, the delivery and food was good but took ages to arrive. I missed breakfast as over laid ( my fault) but when asked staff was rudely told it finished, so had to get off as late for swim

This was a brilliant hotel for dog walkers. Had fantastic facilities such as shower for the dogs after a long muddy walk. The retreat was a lovely addition for you to go and unwind and enjoy a coffee after a long day. Tori who worked the reception was a lovely lady, very welcoming. Rolo our dog loved seeing her. Added bonus was when Rolo got to meet Santa. Would highly recommend this hotel

Best hotel and Restaurant ever!

This is possibly one of the best places I have ever stayed! The staff is the restaurant were unbelievable, super helpful, good fun and made our stay! They went above and beyond to help us find a way to continue our adventure! I would love to go back, their hospitality and kindness deserves 10 stars not 5! Added to that the rooms, food and everything else was amazing value for money!

I will never book via you again...the hotel was great but you rip people off...its far cheaper to book direct and ive finally realised that after being a good customer. Your lose and its effected me that much i will look at all review options and spead the word. Contacted customer services and was treated worse than ive ever experienced.
