EXTREMELY DIRTY!
The staff was nice and helpful but the room was terribly dirty. The carpet looked so gross that we had to walk around with our shoes on. The bath tub was disgusting! We laid a towel down in the bottom of the tub just to be able to shower without standing in the filth.

We love visit hot springs and we stay in the Arlington because is convenient to walk and shopping our family love the town, for the entertainment and shopping,and specially the Arlington hot tubs! Swimming pool! Not great on parking but we handle it!

Never stayed at a hotel that had the bones of a old grand historic hotel but the condition of a rundown roadside motel. Odd place. Nice people.

This is a historic hotel right in the heart of town next to Hot springs National park. It is under restoration. An interesting piece of history. Walls are paper thin, parking is not free, food in the bar at night and $15 per person breakfast

Greetings..! I've been staying at the Arlington since I was a very you child...mid to late 60s...a lot since 1998... Not a major issue, but this stay was the Very Smallest Room I've ever been in at the Arlington.....AND Large Holes in the Hallway just outside of Our Room...but, they did have the far end of the Hall Closed due to Remodeling... Otherthan, having just a couple people at the Front Desk, Expensive Garage Parking with Minimum HELP, and Early Bar/Restaurant Hours, as alway, we Enjoyed Our Stay....!

I knew that the hotel was under construction, wasn't really worried about the historical aspect. However their was work being done right under our window at 9am, fire alarms went off preventing any sleeping in. I wouldn't necessarily blame you for these issues as you need to make repairs. I was unhappy though that their were dirty towels lining the hallways, mattresses in the hallway, and a worker descending to do work on the hotel look directly through the see through curtains at us while we were on the bed. I love this hotel and was so excited to take my girlfriend but overall super disappointing with no privacy being woken up constantly by alarms and drills, the desk staff dismissive of our issues. I want to say we are going to stay here again, however I might have to change my favorite hotel spot and look around. I grew up seeing this hotel my whole life and just was super dissatisfied. The only good part was checking out and going to the superior bathhouse brewery across the street.

We were excited to be staying at a historic hotel. Upon arrival, the staff was great! The valet was very courteous and helpful. When we arrived at our room, we had great difficulty opening the door. The space in our room was tight. The bed was very firm and terribly uncomfortable. The sink faucet handle leaked. The toilet flush was very loud. We could hear people talking in the rooms on both sides of us even with the television on. Our excitement was further dampened the following morning when the fire alarm went off and we had no idea where the fire exit was. Thankfully, it was a false alarm due to construction. We definitely will not return nor recommend staying at this beautiful historic building.

Loved it! It's an old historical building with a rich history, in the midst of a refurb, so of course things like private AC unit etc should not be expected. In November, I was perfectly comfortable. Bathhouse experience was AMAZING! Will 100000% recommend this property with setting expectations it is historic, not modern. With that said, can't wait to be back!

Beautiful 150 year old hotel at the base of a mountain with beautiful sights everywhere. Comfortable romantic room with great amenities and very loving service. Even sent floral arrangement for my wife to surprise her. Simply amazing here at the Arlington Hot Springs!
