Not good

The room smelled musty, the room was dirty and worn. The towels were stained and had holes in them. The breakfast was bad. The orange juice tasted like apple juice, the coffee had scum on top. They were out of many things. I felt the only safe things to eat were prepackaged and sealed.

The property was dirty. The staff was rude and actually lied when asked if the hot tub was working. The pool did not have a skimmer basket and there was black mold on the walls of the pool area. The towels had holes in them and the linens had little blood marks as though there had been bed bugs at one point.

Terrible room and experience

We tried to check in at 130 pm and we were told early check in would be an additional $35. We left and came back around 430. Upon checking in we were put into an already occupied room. Finally after about 45 minutes we were put into a different room that had been remodeled but didn't seem to be done. The hallway was dirty and the stairs had debris on them. The hot tub was cooler than the pool and there was black mold on the walls in the pool room. I would not reccomed this hotel to anyone.

A low end motel we were surprised was associated with Wyndham. No elevator. No air conditioning in breakfast room or lobby. Old furniture stacked up at end of hall which was marked with exit sign. Dirty mold came out of juice machine at breakfast and cloudy water with a chunk of something came out of the water dispenser.

Terrible experience. "NON SMOKING" room reeked of cigarette smoke, hall was trashed with discarded furniture as they were remodeling, and expected us to stay in an old room with trash outside the door. Floor not clean, no remote for the tv, and wouldn't give us a refund. Offered us a room change, and then took the offer back when and when I asked for a refund again, changed their minds about moving us again. I couldn't take the constant feeling of distrust.

The hotel staff were outstanding and very helpful. Unfortunately, the property is very old, run down, and dirty. All the metal on the sinks were rusty. The cupboards were dirty in the kitchen, the carpets were dirty and stained, the second floor was full of stacked furniture. The gym was closed off. The hot tub wasn't hot. However, the beds were comfortable and that was the main purpose of staying there.

Staff was friendly. Motel was going through a renovation so it was a little messy outside. Room was ok. Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. The couch in our room was disgustingly dirty and looked like it came out of the trash pile.

Upon arrival, the hotel looked abandoned. Weeds were 2' high atound the entire perimeter of the property along sidewalks etc and grass never mowed. 2 people(husband and wife,) running this entire hotel. No hired maintenance, housekeeping etc. Mold growing up the walls in the swimmimg pool/hot tub areas. Broken windows being held shut with a stick and drapes and curtains hanging from rods. Toilet flooded bathroom floor. Owner refused to give us paperwork at check in, but was happy to quickly run my credit card before seeing the condition of the interior. Once we saw the conditions of the premisses we asked to check out, and owner refused to give paperwork, saying that Expedia takes care of that. I knew better, but there was nothing i could do to get that from the owner. This hotel is a health hazard, and I can hardly believe it is open for business. Expedia and Wyndham should be imbarassed representing thos hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, and giving 1 star is giving too much. I feel Expedia and Wyndham should do something to credit this back to me. What a way to start a vacation. Amd yes, we have photos.

The person that checked me in was rude and abrupt. She was more concerned about a customer that wasn’t paying his bill then those of us that were. She also stood outside most of the time and did an awful job for front desk greeter!!! That is the first impression that customers get of your facility! The hotel smelled awful, was dirty with linen and garbage bags in the hallway, dirty mattresses and the linen was old, stained and shabby looking. I feel like I should get my money back for this stay because I had chimdren with me and it was upsetting the way staff members conducted themselves, condition of the hotel and the neighborhood looked very unsafe!!! I have never felt this disappointed in a Wenda’s hotel in the past???
