Our stay at Comfort Inn & suites was perfect. Everything in the room was in good condition. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice staff clean rooms, but wouldn’t rebook.
The check in lady in the evening was so sweet and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside is that they charge you 3% to pay with a card which they didn’t tell us until we arrived. Also I hate that check in isn’t allowed until 3 but check out is 11 am. I know this is common with hotels but if I’m paying $100+ I should at least get use of a room for 24 hrs. Additionally, I live four hours away and when I got him I noticed that I was missing a pair of pants and a shirt. I wore it that morning and changed right before we left. We didn’t go anywhere else so I know the items were left in the room. I called as soon as we were home and the girl was helpful but said nothing had been turned in. It’s disappointing because I know they were left there and someone just took them. They were new and although not expensive I’m upset.

Very enjoyable stay! The facility was very nice. The only issue we had was we did not receive clean towels on the second day and when I called the front desk I was told they only clean when requested and that we should have been told that when we checked in but we weren’t.

Clean and great value for the money. Front desk woman had no personality. Expedia listing says free roll-a-way bed available, but she denied that. So, kids slept on the floor.
