We were in room 311. There was a loud clicking noise that started in the middle of the night in the bathroom AC vents that kept waking us up. Even with the door shut, it could still be heard. Reported it to the front desk. Response "Thanks we already knew that".

the staff was great. Breakfast was great. They were getting new carpet which was great. The hotel definitely needs updates so I hope they get them all. Our room was a little cramped because there was a large 2 tier desk and a severely stained chase seat in the room. Maybe a smaller desk for more space. Kids enjoyed the pool. Overall it was a good stay.

Bed was old and sagging. Water pressure was great, but the bath tub filled up as you took a shower. Why is there not a walk in shower anyway? Bathroom vent kept making slapping noise. Air condtioner smelled moldy. Lobby area didn't smell fresh at all. TV kept going out. People smoking in the front. This place seems to attract exactly what you don't want to see. When you go on a vacation you expect things to be nice and clean, this place was not. What a waste of money, time and overall happiness.

I know remodeling must take place but put us in a different room! So much dust and smell from removing old hall carpet.. even set off the fire alarms. Next day tripped over the carpet outside our door. Next day our hall filled with the furniture from a room getting redone. Then locked out of pool.. also beautiful site right outside our window.. the huge dumpster filled to over- flowing junk
