Fairly disappointed

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with our stay. The first day we had to change rooms because the AC wasn’t working and the bathtub was halfway full of water. I’m mostly disappointed that the pool was green. Staff was friendly though.

Spontaneous Trip

We decided to take a spontaneous family trip last minutes. Booked the hotel quick & easy and the room was ready when we arrived. We were greeted by staff and even received some refreshments at check in. We had a lovely lake view. Wish we could've used the pool, however it was raining on and off. Overall, it is a nice, clean, family friendly hotel in a great location.
