Property has been redone, but still shows age. Pictures on the expedia app are not accurate. We had neighbors across the hall eating smelly food and vaping delta 8, which we could smell in our room. Then they would put the trash in the hallway and stink it up.

Hotel indicate during check in that pets allowed only in 2nd floor. Found pet barking in the 4th Floor. When checked with Front Desk she indicated that she allowed this time around. Not sure how the hotels keeps up with cleaning the beds. Carpet was stinking with Pet urinal in the hall way leading up to the room Rooms are outdated and not kept up. Very Bad experience

This property was very well maintained. The entire staff was above and beyond. Rhonda, at the front desk was magnificent, very helpful and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!!

It would’ve been great if our hot water would’ve worked in the first room but gave my husband the run around when he called regarding the water. The room was nasty and I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and the hallways smelled of weed!! It was awful! The pool heater did not work and got my kid sick! Yall can do better! I ended up leaving early because of how bad it was!

Staff was excellent. Liked dining area. Although upgrades have been made, disliked scarred bathtub, beat up lampshades, light coming in from around the room door, exhaust fan was on when bathroom light was on-too noisy and hallway carpet was not laid properly. Although it looked new, it was wrinkled. Did any of these dislikes make a difference in my stay? No. I would stay there again.
