The room was very clean and located in a good spot for dining while on vacation. The traffic was very heavy but overall it was a great stay! The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I will stay there again on our next visit to Hot Springs, for sure.

We did enjoy the free breakfast. Our tub wasn't the cleanest. People don't know how to act anymore when they stay at a hotel. They were yelling up and down the hall. We stayed in a room on the second floor. It sounded like a herd of elephants were above us with all the stomping on the floor, the people must of weighed three hundred plus pounds.

The room in front of us has a pet that barked and scratched their door several hours to where we couldn't get any rest . Had to leave our TV and bathroom fan on all night just yo fall asleep. Just my opinion pet owners should be all on one floor.

Enjoyed our stay. Carpet in room 302 needs to be replaced and also darkening shade has holes in it. Bathtub took forever to drain. However, the room was clean. It was quiet. Bed comfy. Nice amenities in bathroom. Good breakfast. Love the complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Check in quick. Will stay again.

Update needed!

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was good. However the entire place needs some serious updates. (Paint missing all throughout the entire place. Bathroom mirror trim was barely hanging on. The pool area had rust on most metal surfaces. The carpet throughout the entire place was a rippled trip hazard.)

Perfect for pets

This chain of hotels makes it so easy to travel with pets and this location was no exception. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Definitely will stay here the next time we are in this area.
