I was very impressed with the cost and amenities of the two queen balcony property we rented. The kitchenette was a great added bonus so we went grocery shopping since I enjoy cooking. We couldn't really enjoy the balcony due to the weather but it was a relaxing, beautiful time nonetheless. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be renting this same property again!

Lakefront was wonderful. The one thing I don't care for is not having an on-site office and person. If you are not on site need to put in more supplies. Almost ran out of toilet paper!

We went for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. Our balcony had a lake view and it was close to downtown hot springs!!! We will def be back when the weather isn’t so cold so we can enjoy the balcony and view more

While the view of the water was great, it was not very restful. We were in a first floor unit. The people upstairs were very heavy footed walkers pacing back and forth for hours between 11:00 pm - 1:30 loud. Thin walls. Having the kitchenette was handy. Beds were comfy.

Absolutely love this location. It’s my go to stay anytime I go to hot springs. I will be going back again in 2 weeks time again in May! Has fantastic lighting, a mini kitchen is the best.. We had event and did arrive one night at 9:00 and parking was limited… easily found a spot.

Overall, my stay was good. The room was very clean and inviting. The outside was peaceful. No concerns with the property, however, visitors don't adhere to the noise regulations. The first night, the room directly above, was very irritating. You would think Bigfoot was up there. EVERY move they made was heard. And the after midnight sexcapades with the head board banging the wall and furniture moving made it a very restless night.
