It didn't look like the sheets were changed because we had found hair on the pillow cases. There wasn't any body soap in the dispenser. There was a nickel on the floor so we didn't know if it had been actually swept. Other than that it was a nice Hotel and the staff was nice.

We were getting into the Hotel very late but I called and the staff were very understanding. I will be back again. Very nice within walking distance to central avenue. Staff was great and helpful. Rooms were great

I loved the hotel and the stay was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like was the walk to the parking garage. Felt like it could be a little safer or lit up.

I was staying Hot Springs for a conference being held at the Convention Center and this was the perfect location. A close walk, easy parking, and friendly, helpful staff. My room was on the 13th floor in a corner room with AMAZING views of downtown Hot Springs. The air conditioner worked like a dream and the daily breakfast was hot and very delicious in a clean space that was kept meticulous. I preferred the Hotel Hot Springs to the Embassy on the other end of the Convention Center and will be staying here again!

We chose this hotel at the last minute by the ratings on hotel.com. They were spot on. Nice room, nice staff, nice price, walkable distance to everything we wanted to do. The only thing, and it is minor to us, was two crawly bugs we found in the bathroom when we first got there. I would book at this hotel again.
