Really nice hotel centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Lots of great restaurants and bath houses that we easily walked to. The restaurant and bar in the hotel had good food and drinks as well. Comfy clean room with nice linens and towels. Enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was excellent. They did not do the frozen / microwave eggs, bacon and sausage. Everything was properly cooked and seasoned. Location was perfect - right in downtown, easy walking distance to the Baths, restaurants and attractions. We plan to go back.

Its time for new mattresses! The room looked cleaned but they sure did not dust. It was dusty. The day that the housekeeper came in our room while we was out. It was 3 noticeable black spots on bathroom floor that i had to take a towel to clean myself. And breakfast was luke warm but ok. My suggestion is add a microwave to give people the option to heat their food up if they choose to. Don't make that casserole with the leftovers and serve it to your costumers. Need better parking space.

The hotel staff was very nice. Accommodation were great and room was comfortable. The parking is very confusing, valet is $20.00 per night. If you are self-parking with the hotel its $14.00 per night. The city has street parking but that also will cost you per hour. We had valet and the morning of check-out there was a parking ticket on our windshield from the city showing that the valet staff parked us out on the city street. Just watch how you park and make sure valet is doing what they are supposed to be doing. Othwerwise, the hotel was very nice
