I stayed for 4 days while working in town. Once entering my room something smelled like mildew. The entire bedding was damp. 2nd day I arrived back to my ac leaking so I turned it a very low setting when I left the next day. To which I arrived back to the same problem of day one, damp sheets which made the room smell

We were put in a handicap room and no one is disabled. Lamp switches didn't work, vent in bathroom made an awful noise, mold and mildew on shower head and in shower. Room was not cleaned nor were we given new towels. It's presented as a nice place, but reality is things are done on the cheap.

There was no hot water. The bathtub was dirty. Housekeeping did not leave fresh towels as requested. One of the lamps had a short. Woken up the first night multiple times with othr guests being loud and slamming doors.

Hotel Review

This hotel did not meet my expectations. It was not as clean as my husband and I expected it to be. Upon entering the first room, it was not clean and had a bad smell in the room and on the sheets. Hotel staff offered to put us into a cleaner room and they did. Sheets felt rough, uncomfortable to the skin. Very hard to rest. One day the room was not cleaned but hotel staff reassured us that they would make sure it was cleaned the next day, and sheets and everything would be changed. They advertised continental breakfast too and only offered waffles and cereal. Continental breakfast I expected to see more food options than what I saw. I always try to book hotels with breakfast included, and this was my first time seeing a breakfast that lacked so much in terms of food choices. Hotel staff did their best to address all of our concerns, and front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly, but this is not a hotel we would come to stay in again.

OK Stay

Bed was comfortable, hotel was in close proximity to our event, but the room had a must smell, there was a damaged AC outlet at the head of the bed and the shower curtain was worn and tattered, barely hanging on. Overall stay was pleasant, but the facility could use some updating.

I checked out one day early due to false advertising. They advertise continental breakfast and only had coffee and waffles, this does not constitute a breakfast. The hotel had a musty odor and the room had a terrible odor that would not go away. The sprinkler system in the ceiling had tape covering an enlarged hole. However, they did have very pleasant front desk staff.
