I travel to Houma often and I normally stay here for the convenience because it’s close to family. However, it just gets worse every time. Customer service was great but the hotel is run down. The first room we got looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to upgrade us but honestly it wasn’t any better. Needless to say, I will no longer book this hotel.

There were stains everywhere from the elevator to in the rooms. Bathtub was not cleaned and beds made us itch. Once checked in they will not refund the guest at all. The hotel is very old and dated. Would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for

This was a cheap place to stay. I was there 4 days and never got housekeeping to come. Every day I would have to ask for clean towels. Also the latch broke and locked us in.
