When we arrived the receptionist wanted us to pay for the room, even though we had a reservation through hotels.com. He was very insisting and rude. He the then said I didn't have to pay after I objected vehemently. He then laughed at my ID. And didn't apologize for the unwelcoming reception. The sheets in the room had stains on them. Not a nice place

Better than expected and what some other reviews indicate. Staff was fantastic - friendly & accommodating. Room was clean, bed & pillows comfortable. They appear to care & stay on top of any issues or repairs that need to be addressed. Only minor negative is the room had a bit of an off putting odor (not smoke) which wouldn't go away.

The old Carpet needs to be replaced. The room had a very musty smell and we wound up continually airing ithe room out and buying a can of Lysol and using about half of it over the two days

we were very happy with how clean and nice the room was. I guess if there was only problem I couldn’t figure out how to work the TV. Not that it’s a big deal, but I turned it on and nothing could come on the TV. Other than that a great facility!
