The host was really nice. He contacted us via expedia and whatsapp for check-in and everything else. He also shared a list of places to visit and restaurants to try as local! The room was clean and nice. Kitchen is also equipped well with microwave, stove, and utensils to cook. Location is very convenient for trams to get into old town for touring as well.

Very good apartment, close to my prefered area.

Fancy Ventana Hotel right in the middle of the town through streets of alley quite a distance from the apartment! They charge lot of euros deposit for only one set of keys, saying if lost it would cost lot of euros to replace it, because they were safety locks, but we stayed at another location in the heart of city with the same locks and we got two set of keys with zero deposit! I would not risk so much money ever again! The wooden floor cover, the parquets were laid down probably hundred years ago, when walked on they made terrible loud noise while walking in and between the two rooms, thus waking up everyone! They were so dirty that a layer of black dirty got on everyone’s soles! The fancy hotel doesn’t even have money for a small can of spray to stop door hinge from squeaking on all the doors! There is pitch dark inside the building between the door from the street and the elevator because the light in the stairway can be switched on at the lift only. So anyone could be waiting in the dark to smack you on the head! They had only one frying pan with the non-stick coating peeling off already thus making it a heath hazard! Check out time is too early but we took our luggage down to the car ten mins before ten and when I got back up by five mins cleaning person was there already, and demand where the remotes for the TV were! They didn’t even have a smart TV to watch streaming channel but only a busted out TV with a local media box! A pigeon got stuck between the windows!
