For the price paid, condition/cleanliness and the location this hotel is well worth it. Better than higher priced nearby hotels. The pool is small but with the beach in walkable distanc it doesn't really matter. This hotel is highly recommended.

We booked the only penthouse for 4days 3 nights , it was a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient location , the Market village mall just within a short walking distance and many massage salon along the roadside , easily to have massage after a long day walk.

Great service and comfortable stay.
Very simple but nice apartment style room. On-site amenities are great for the size of the building. Super easy 3 minute walk to the large Market Place mall with plenty of chain restaurants, international stores and entertainment. The staff is extremely kind and ready to assist with any needs. You can walk to the beach but it is a little difficult. Will absolutely stay again!

We enjoy our stay in Maleesa. It is a new hotel. It is well located and clean. The pool is very small but worked for us as the hotel was not full. The staff are very polite and friendly. It is a walked distance from the beach.

Cet établissement est très bien situé en ville, à 8 - 10 mn de la plage, à côté de Village Market un grand centre commercial et 10 mn à pied du deuxième, Blueport. Accueil très agréable, personnel souriant et chaleureux. Le studio est simple mais propre, nettoyé tous les jours. Une petite piscine, une petite salle de gym et un toit terrasse avec café / thé / petits gâteaux à disposition complète agréablement le séjour. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci à tout le personnel pour sa gentillesse.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse - 5 Min. Fussweg zum tollen Einkaufszentum Market Village. Auch im Hotel ist es sehr ruhig. Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Gratis Kaffee von 7-14 Uhr. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider haben die Fernseher keinen HDMI Anschluss. Kein Anschluss von Dvd Player oder TV Stick möglich.
