The staff is friendly. The cleaning crew got our room fresh with new towels and water bottles. Our family room is big with 3 beds for 2 adults and 2 children. The room is interesting decorated with the Beatles theme. The drain in the shower drained slowly and the toilet didn't flush well at one time.

The staff were wonderful and pleasant The building is dated and could do with modernisation The hotel them is excellent, having been a musician for many years it made me smile. Would have loved to have had a guitar on hand. All in all a good stay 😎

Disgusting behaviour from the Manager

On the second day we returned to the hotel to relax by the pool, however they was a crew of people using pneumatic drill to break up concrete in the car park - about 20m from the pool area. I complained to reception and they ignored my complaint. I asked the workers to stop and they did, however the hotel owner came down with the manager and we asked for them to stop work. The owner said ‘if they want to complain they can leave the hotel, I don’t care’. We then went to our room, packed our items and proceeded to leave. The Manger tried tried in vain to get us to stay, but when the owner is more than happy to let customers leave, than address the problems, and clearly state that he doesn’t care, I had no choice to leave and find another hotel for the second night.

God location and good facilities.

I came with my family and children and booked 3 rooms for 2 night. The main attraction is the very large swimming pool which we all enjoyed. The rooms we generally very good, clean and comfortable. The lack of options at breakfast were an issue - on the second morning our children chose to eat out for breakfast. The parking was a real issue. Despite leaving our registration number we had to park on the main road as there were no spaces. The lack of an elevator is a drawback if you have elderly family members. Overall we had a great time and made use of the facilities and location.

Exceptional stay

Its a perfect choice for friends and family trip. The hotel has provided everything what you need. We stayed at the room with balcony looking down at the big pool. Love having breakfast by the pool and spending time at there. And the staff are very friendly to help.
