Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
I didn't stay. I was there 5 minutes, but there were bugs crawling all over the mattress. I showed the staff, they wanted me to pay to change rooms and refused my refund. Expedia has still yet to reply on this matter as well. Very sad.
