Clean, comfy, convenient and with healthy vegetarian buffet breakfast. 25 minutes walk west to train station and 20 minutes east to ocean front with plenty of eateries in between.

房間地毯很舊且髒，浴室設備差像一般小旅社，房間內沒有椅子，飯店停車場只能停8～9輛汽車，早餐菜色真的不行，這次是因為連假房間不好找，所以入住，以後不考慮再來

This is a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and holdout. The room is clean and the breakfast is excellent. The pickup and drop off from the train station to the hotel is a great service. The staff went beyond in helping guests. They even made vegetarian meals for vegetarians, so this is a great hotel. The location is great, you can bike to the train station or the night market within 5 to 10mins. There are many good restaurants nearby. For the price you pay, this is a great choice. I am surprised that not many people book this one, please give this hotel a try, you will like it. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in a reasonable Convenient location. It’s in between the train station and the night market. The manager is SUPERB nice and helpful.

Clean comfortable stay
Good location about 20 minute walk to Hualien station. Staff were very friendly and helpful even though they didn’t speak much English. They offered to help me order a vegetarian takeaway and the following day made me a vegetarian breakfast. Room was very comfortable and clean. There is a common room downstairs with free tea and coffee.

Nice place
Perfect location, 20 minutes walk from train station, seconds walk to the Main Street and lots of great food options near by. Hotel was nice and clean, beds were really hard! Good value for money.

Service was ok but old hotel. Bathroom rack was rusty & towels do not seems to look clean. Hotel still providing packet shampoo & shower gel which we hardly see today. Hotel lacks modern days facilities. Breakfast was acceptable. Overall not pleasant

If you want to ruin your trip in Hualien
I seldom leave reviews unless it’s extremely good or bad. This time, I will say this hotel is totally terrible, no matter hardware or software. ... The point is choosing this one could be your nightmare after you leaving.

Cheap hotel, get what you pay for.
The staff were friendly and serviceminded. The plumbing in the bathroom wasn't working. When using the sink water would run straight to the floor. When asked I was provided with bath towels to soak it up. Breakfast was included. Would probably be good if you are a local, as a european not so much. Hotel was very cheap.
