Caesar is a great host. Warm & friendly. The property sits right on the lake. It’s a beautiful property, accommodations are basic. The road is very Rocky but only for a block or two.

Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception). All staff were helpful and attended to any concerns we had. The only minor inconvenience is the smell from the restroom that would come from the drains. I saw reviews at other hotels also have the same issue. But the water was amazing my family had a great time. There is only a mini fridge in the room which was enough for is to store snacks. Breakfast was good for convenience, but we mainly ate out to enjoy different cuisine.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a paradise in the jungle. Our villa had its own private access to the lagoon, which is something you don’t often find here. The gardens are filled with green plants, bright flowers, and creative art. The staff is always helpful and attentive. The restaurant’s food has really improved since we were here about two years ago.
