The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly.

Breakfast was good. Room was decent. You expect more when they call themselves as a 5-star hotel. Towels were not really clean. Reception was not very helpful. No Iron in the room. They will deliver for 1 hr and then keep trying to get back. This was really ridiculous as this should be a common item for a 5 star hotel. I ate in 2 restaurants and both were subpar in food but good decor. The cleaning staff and other staff were nice and helpful. In all, maybe I expected more from a 5-star hotel as I’ve stayed in many in different countries. 3- star hotels in US is comparable.

The property is dated and in need of extensive renovation. The rooms feel worn and unclean, the carpeting should be replaced, and the air conditioning does not work properly. Travelers seeking clean, modern rooms with reliable air conditioning may want to consider other options. The staff is extremely helpful, but drop-off and pickup are difficult because the property’s other entrance is closed for an unclear reason.
