Stayed for 3 nights. The staff were all very kind and the hotel was clean. Quiet at night and love the food near by. Didn't eat breakfast so I can’t rate, but all was clean and no complaints. Would stay here again next year when I come down for the River Valley Yoga Festival to work.

Improvement needed with cleanliness

I specifically reserved a room with a third bed option, which in this case was a pull-out sofa bed. My family arrived after midnight and, upon pulling out the sofa bed, found a crumpled-up paper receipt and what looked to be some type of rodent feces. The sofa, with a clean sheet on top of it, was used for sleeping instead of the pull-out sofa bed. Upon inspection in the morning, the floor behind the sofa was filthy as well, not having appeared to have been cleaned in a significant amount of time. This was unfortunate, as everything else about the stay was rather excellent. I would be very hesitant to stay at a Comfort Suites again due to this experience.
