The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good. The hotel was definitely not what we would expect of a four star hotel. Moldy grout around the bath tub, the last guests towel still hanging on the bathroom door.

A really nice property with friendly staff who were happy to help. It looks like a lot of tour groups rely on this as a hotel which is a good sign that it’s tried and tested. Really good location and lots of nice cafes and restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away.

Hotel is in good location but just an ok hotel. Travelling solo in Vietnam for 3 weeks and this has been my most meh hotel for same price range as others. Service and staff were lovely. Cleaning services were timing and staff nice. But hotel is dated, the bed is kinda hard, nothing fancy or overly nice. Just ok. Bathroom clean but dated and have to step up fairly high into the bath. Also mini waters supplied. Ok for a night or two. Location is ok also. Overall - ok!

NICE PLACE TO STAY

Friendly and helpful staffs. They speak good English. We had noisy guests next door at 2am, they solved the problem at once. Other than welcome drinks, we got free fruits during our stay.
