The property is old and needs maintenance. The room was clean, but hadn’t been updated, or looked at for years. The fuse box behind the bedside table was very old and made me concerned. The staff were lovely and the room was clean. Would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel for a family that's central
This place is beautiful. Great architecture and it is a fairly large and centralized hotel. The breakfast is the highlights of the stay. It pretty much had every hue staple food available every morning. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. i high highly recommend staying here. It's amazing! The hotel is older and not modern, but it is very comfortable. If you're into history, this is a great place to stay

Extensive breakfast. Tasty. Friendly staff. The massage spa is great. They do a wonderful job. Room are clean and neat. Not modern as this is historical building from 1901. It has a beautiful charm. It has all the amenities needed.

it is an old hotel circa 1901 w/French flare. The rooms are large and clean w/a lot of hard wood use in its construction: floors, doors cabinets etc. It is close to the river that has a great walking path safe to walk at night with good view some of the life on the river, the historic bridge designed by Eiffel.

Grand hotel in good location
Large grand hotel with a lot of presence however dated. Beds were very comfortable rooms were big, hotel in very good location. Staff were friendly except for the backage man who did not like his tip!

This was a nice grand hotel right in the heart of Hue. Everything was great except for the cyclo drivers that constantly following tourists even if you already have a ride and tell them no thanks. I found this the only real negative of Hue city... I know they are just trying to hustle but it's so annoying (when you're worse than a Thai tuk tuk driver you know it's bad). The breakfast was amazing and rooms are huge. Location is very central and close to the river and park
