Beautiful hotel and property. This has been the nicest hotel we have stayed at on the trip to Vietnam. It is not inexpensive like many others but the reason is that it is truly a 5 star hotel. The bed and sheets/linens were superb. It was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving. Spend the extra and get the spa services. The massage therapists were exceptional. We got daily massages and loved it. We also used the sauna and steam room to my delight. The staff were exceptional as well

The hotel is definitely deserved a 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The foods are excellent. I love the setup of the lobby, the landscape and all. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom tub shower is my only comment. The bathroom had a urine smell that was likely from the shower curtain having to be inside the tub or else water would fall out to the bathroom floor. I had the best massage (from Thao) here than all other places (USA and Vietnam). The checkin reception could improve with having to go through all the hotel offerings and discount. May just ask if we wanted to hear them or give a summary fact sheet.

Highly Recommended for a first class visit to Hue

We loved our stay at Silk Path Grand Hue. All of the staff are cheerful, and provide first rate service. Every interaction is a pleasure. The front desk, the bellhop, baggage service, restaurant servers and chefs, spa front desk and services. The interactions are always appropriate and heartfelt. The hotel grounds are immaculately well kept and architecturally beautiful. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. The location was perfect for us, a 10 minute taxi ride to the Imperial Palace, and the Walking Street with the vibrant nightlife. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and recommend it highly.
