Good Location. Found parking a challenge as the post code on Waze takes you to Tesco carpark and had to phone Hotel for help. 24hr parking £8 . You walk out the Hotel under cover into a shopping centre with good places to eat.

The bed was horrendous! It was like sleeping on a bouncy castle! Was so soft and uncomfortable! The kids beds had metal poking them and had to get a mattress topped breakfast was cold

A pleasant stay - comfy bed and a good shower!
Finding car park was a bit tricky as Sat nav bit confused! Great location for Connexium Arena and Mall. Staff friendly, room very comfortable. Breakfast - one coffee machine could not cope with demand, would have liked more fruit but generally a decent breakfast.

The stay was perfect from location to the room itself. The reason we didn’t give 5 stars throughout was due to breakfast being mildly satisfactory, granted it’s included in the price of the room, but the quality of goods seemed to lack in some areas.
