Great location, hotel team incredibly welcoming and very clean. Sadly the hotel is in need of a refurb and our room, as well as some of the communal areas, needed some TLC. I’d still recommend a stay here as it is a friendly hotel in a great area, with plentiful and easy parking.

I was in the area early so dropped my bag off which was an easy process.when checking in, the ladies on reception were amazing. Very cheerful and we could have a great laugh. The check in process was so simple and easy. The room did have 1 drawback which was there were no usb charging sockets. This would have been so handy as I had not brought a plug as I thought the room would have them installed. Breakfast was great and it is very rare for a hotel to have chocolate croissants with gooey chocolate in the middle. The scrambled eggs were quite powdery and not very nice but everything else was perfect!
