Service was poor. We wanted to use chairs and beach umbrellas at the beach and were told there would be an attendant to help us get setup. However when we went there around 11:30 in the morning there was no one. So we called the receptionist and she said she would send someone. Three call and an hour later we left. No showed up. Each time we were told someone is coming but no one did. Our stay included the breakfast and one day they forgot to give us the bread basket and fruits. We asked twice and then finally got it towards the end of our breakfast. Folks who came after us were served earlier. Second day they gave us just two fruit and yogurt bowls when we were a party of four. We asked them and they said they would get it and no one got it. We left after breakfast was done. We were told that the golf carts can take us to any spots in the Palmas area but when we asked them to take us they said only to the parking lot or beach. Looks like the employee didn’t know. Then later other employees were driving to other spots too. When we called the number to book the golf cart we were on hold for 15 mins no reply. Ultimately we walked. Overall service was really subpar for a Wyndham.

We got to the property late at night due to flight delays. I called earlier to confirm and let them know we'd be arriving late. No one told us they were having an issue with hot water. The water for taking showers on the entire property was Luke warm at best and they didn't know when it would be repaired. No elevator either so be prepared to carry your bags up flights of stairs. We decided not to stay due to not having hot water.

The rooms needs upgrade. The whole property needs upgrade. The breakfast was bad and the service not the best . The best about the hotel is the area only because it is very quiet and feels safe but other than that we didn’t like it.

Our stay was ok, this feels more like a motel than a luxury resort. The rooms are very basic, with no decor and just two drawers for clothing. Cleaning was minimum throughout the property, the spills and grime on the floor outside our room remained there for all six days of our stay. The staff is kind but slow. We had breakfast included in our package and were hoping for a PuertoRican style breakfast, but this was more of an American buffet. The surrounding grounds are beautiful and it’s close to the beach, but if you want chairs at the beach you have to buy a package for those. The hot tub was lukewarm with no jets. We rented a golf cart to get around the property and glad we did so we could take advantage of food options at the local plaza. Overall it was ok, but I would try another resort upon a return trip to PR.

Stayed on Dec 18th 2024. Not as advertised. Unsure if it’s miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia or what. No hot water. Gym was not available to hotel guests. Resort fees were unreasonably high. Sink drain did not have a stopper and there was a foul smell coming from the drain. “Resort” overall seemed run down. Ate outside at the restaurant and there was bird poo and mould all over the furniture. Over priced food. Steak was tasty. Originally had booked stay for 5 nights and left after first. The Puerto Rican people are fantastically pleasant. Staff was not the issue.
