Property is located very close to Hershey Park and restaurant, great location. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The problem I noticed is the carpet of the hallway and room smelled bad and were too dirty, the room had a funky smell. I had 3 rooms and they all had a bad smell like if it was wet and didn’t dry correctly. The main entrance smelled very good but once you go through the hallway the smell was bad, I was in the first floor.

Just ok

Beds were comfortable. Room and all hallways had a bad odor. Sometimes it smelled like mold, other times way too much air freshener. So much it burned the nose. Breakfast buffet was depleted everyday by 8:30am although open until 10am. We had to ask each day for more coffee, bananas, etc. Staff did not seem to be on top of it. We only slept there while visiting Hershey park a few days. It served its purpose for a few nights.

I love that they had breakfast options ,the rooms were very clean and spacious.I would recommend this hotel,It’s smaller hotel but you the same amenities as the larger hotels.

Big pothole driving into parking lot which was smaller than most. Desk person was great tried charging us fees and deposit though. Elevator rug was filthy. Hallways were overdone with fabuloso cleaner smell that when it wore off later in day u smelled must, dog and body odor. Room was clean bathtub had hair on wall. Beds and dresser frig microwave were clean. Around 8 pm a toddler was outside in hallway crying. Pulling on door handle. The room next to us had a woman and man screaming and it sounded like throwing items and each other into walls. Woman came out crying grabbed child and went back in room where once again yelling and thumping proceeded for an hour. We called front desk and it got quiet for an hour. Then above us there was stomping like dancers from the Riverdance were practicing their show. Around 10 it quieted down. Finally fell asleep. The breakfast was juice, bagels yogurt coffee fresh bananas and apples. Dining area was clean and pleasant. We left at 645 am due to appt at Hershey medical center. After out appt we went home. Would we stay here again? Probably not. But just because it was not for me and my husband it might be ok for others. We go to Disney every year and never heard noise like we did here. Location is good for Hershey park and the outlets
