Staff was great. We booked this hotel before flying out of HTS and they offer free shuttle, along with free parking in the parking garage until you return, that they validate! Very impressed.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms, big bed. Everything worked besides the hot water had its moments. Only complaint is that nobody was at front desk in morning, so breakfast was not served. Great value overall. Five stars
