Book a room online when I got to the property to check in they told me they had no communication with the online booking system so thank God that we did not have to end up staying there property was run down pool was Green and just looked like an overall bad decision would not recommend this property the staff was rude and not helpful at all

I soent 2 days trying to get a room, even sleeping in my truck. They don't do check in until 5:30pm because they have 1 person cleaning. Even with a reservation I showed them, they said they don't do that here.

The motel is clean and the staff very friendly. Close to almost anything, it is the motel of choice when I have business in Huntsville.

No pool, room not very clean, table sticky, no trash can, had to remake the bed as was short sheeted. Tub faucet falling apart. Entire property really run down. I believe I prepaid and was charged again when checking in.

I understand this is a budget , money saving property but felt that even $70 a night was too much for what was received. The place smelled like cigarettes and I could smell when someone was either outside or in their room smoking it seemed to come thru the vents. When I arrived to the property they told me they did not accept online bookings so I had to pay again. The bedding ‘comforter?’ Was thinner than a pair of curtains and had numerous holes in it. The towels were stained.
