The lady who checked me in could have benefited from hospitality training. The room was clean, the housekeeper was very nice, the breakfast was good, and the parking was super close to our room.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. The person that checked me is was friendly, efficient and helpful. The person who was working in the breakfast area the next morning was terrific and kept checking with guests to see if they needed anything. The breakfast assortment was excellent, there was a huge variety of items to choose from. The hotel was very quiet.

Con -Bed was not comfortable, walked outside long way to get to upstairs especially it was raining, room need upgrades, not much a breakfast both juice n pancake machines are broken. Pro - Cheap, cancelled my other reservation this cost 1/2 of other hotel bc only need sleep few hours n get out early. Hallway is clean, wide n quiet.

I had higher hopes. The location is what it is; It was convenient and right off the main highway so a little loud, which is totally understandable. The bar was that unfortunately, after a long travel day, there was no hot water in the as there was a repair being done so it was shut off. The bed was creaky and not very comfortable, and the AC was very loud when it would kick on every half hour or so. Trying to go to sleep without a shower and feeling sticky, after a hot 14 hour travel day in an uncomfortable bed with a loud AC was not ideal. I spoke to the manager the next morning and she seems super dismissive and only gave me a $10 discount off the room which didn’t leave me feeling good.

Either not all rooms are pet friendly or it was that I booked through Expedia , but I was informed that my room was no pets allowed, even though people had pets their and their websites says pet friendly.

Not Handicap Accessible.
Checked out after one night. Room was advertised as handicap accessible. A bathtub/shower is not accessible to anyone with mobility limitations, including me. That listing needs to be corrected to indicate there is no wheelchair accessible shower.

We have stayed here for about 14 years. Alone, family and with our grandchildren. This was my first visit with our puppy. They put me in a pet friendly room that I pay extra for. It was the worst stay we have had. Staff reminded me of motel 6 staff. I was so disappointed.
