Our room smelled like mildew and mold. We asked for another room and were told all the rooms were like this due to construction. Workers were friendly, hotel over all needs to shut down and reopen after construction is completed.

The Best Western in Huntsville is disgusting. When we got to our room it smelled like mold or water damage. We talked to the front desk and they gave us a new room. That room wasn't much better. It also smelled like mold. You wouldn't think it from looking at the lobby. But I would go anywhere else.

Wasn’t a fan. Surprised it had 8 of 10 rating. AC made horrible noise, bright lights outside bathed the room with light during the night. I found it difficult to rest, room wasn’t clean. The photographer did an amazing job, looked better in pics. Shower was dirty and damaged

I need a last minute ride from the airport. Not only did the hotel provide transportation. They took me back when the I left. My room was clean. The front desk was well-trained and the staff was very nice.
