I very much like the location. I love the rooms. I don't like when I have to pick up a phone to call the front desk staff; that seems strange to me. It makes me feel as though I am bothering the person that has to come up and get me a key to my room. I know it is hard to control everyone, but it seems like there is a strong smell of marijuana, or related products every time I have stayed at this location.

It was nice to have an actual bedroom, living room, kitchen with all the ammetities full fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Cheaper than a hotel room and much nicer!

The property is in a good area and it was a cost effective location that got the job done. The bathroom fixtures need to be upgraded because there is rust on all the fixtures. Other than minor aesthetic issues, it was comfortable and the staff was helpful.

I love how Sonesta had everything I need for a ling term stay. Pots, pans, small gym. The staff has been bery nice and helpful. I liked the area its in. I felt safe and the stores I needed were close by. I would recommend Sonesta for short or long term visits.

Our room was clean and well-maintained but smelled like a wet, dirty dog. Also, the bathroom had no fan. Shampoo the carpet and add a bathroom fan and this would be a 5-star stay!

The experience at the location was generally positive based on previous visits, but this stay was marred by cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, the bathroom was found to be unsanitary, with dried blood and feces on the toilet lid, necessitating personal cleaning efforts. The presence of half-eaten food in the fridge further contributed to the unsatisfactory condition of the room, requiring an additional thirty minutes of cleaning to ensure sanitation. Additionally, a change in the locking system from an insert lock to a tap lock caused inconvenience. The guest was not able to access their room late at night due to the new lock mechanism, which required a trip downstairs to obtain new keys. This situation highlights a lack of consideration for guests, as the lock change could have been postponed until after checkout to avoid such disruptions. Overall, while the location has potential, significant improvements in cleanliness and guest communication regarding changes are necessary for a better experience. Overall, the location and property is worth staying due to its price and location.

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. We came late and in need of a clean, decent place for us and 2 dogs and she let us look at the room first before checking us in. Asked if there was anything we needed or she could help us with. Room was nice and clean and had everything we needed.
