Upon checking in & settling into my room, I found the telephone was not working and there was no wifi/internet service. Staff was advised of these deficiencies & vowed to correct them. Never happened. Upon checking out they were reminded of these & replyed " oh yes your phone was out & there was one other problem, but I don't recall what it was". OK, goodbye Clarion, I'll find other lodging next time I'm in the area.

The room has a very strong musty odor and was difficult to deal with the whole time. Would be good to have flooring instead of carpet. Tub was dirty (needs Barkeepers Friend) had a footprint in it. Coffee splash on wall by mirror. Blowdryer was dirty. Pool needs service (probably due to excessive rain conditions so that is understood). Staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Overall should these issues be addressed their should rating should improve as due to my experience…I will not be returning.

Carpet was disgusting. Shower tub and something so easily as the toilet cover should of been changed years ago. Went by the 3 star rating when it should really be 2.
