Went here for my birthday trip and staff was rude the entire time. Breakfast was very limited and tasted like baby food. The day of our checkout staff was trying to enter the room at 10am while we were still in there when checkout is at 11am. Staff told us to come to the front desk to discuss something with them after we had told them we were preparing to leave. Also to add to the experience I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and to my surprise it was barely even warm. I will not be staying here again

So Glad We Chose This Place!

The room was super comfortable. Shower had great pressure. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great. There was a big variety of foods. The lady that was working the front desk when we checked in was there again in the morning. She was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we come to Huntsville.
