Well, for the price I guess that is what I paid for. The housekeeping is bad. Floor is dirty. No floor mat for the bathroom. I can see grime. The bedsheets are too small for the bed. So when you sleep, it all comes apart. The late night girl is friendly and nice but the morning manager is not appreciative of my feed back. She came at 8.15 am. I told her the lift is not working, not even worried. Told her, the coffee is gone. Told her she needs keep up w housekeeping and there is no carts found. She rolled her eyes! lol I guess it’s not her business .. oh well.

I like that the floors are laminate and its very pet friendly. There were kids propping out side door open and a pipe was dripping water and rust all around the entrance of back door.

The prompt for this area said. Did the kitchen come fully prepped for cooking? And no, it did not, and it also said. Did the breakfast feel fresh? The only thing that felt fresh was the coffee and absolutely loved. This property left the room super cheap. Really great. The only thing that absolutely sucked. Was the manager on the day shift like the morning shift and the couple girls that stay right up under her. Ass, they absolutely sucked, I feel like they're tadbit, racist or if not, that then at least absolutely judgmental, they put us on the do not rent list when she said we didn't pay a late fee. When nobody actually told me.I have to pay a late fee.They told me that there was going to be 1 after 11 from now on and honestly I was in the shower whenever 11 hit.I tried to call and get a late check out but they wouldn't answer the phone. TV didn’t work on Saturday and Sunday, drawers in mini kitchen were very dirty. On Monday, we were told we could move to a handicap room to get a working TV. Handicap rooms are shower only and when you shower water runs all over bathroom floor so then you have your cleanup, plus you have no cabinets in the bathroom to set anything on, just a sink. Not a comfortable stay and that does not include the uncomfortable bed. Not worth the money!

The rooms and bedrooms were filthy. The towels were dingy, the bathroom, sink, toilet had hairs on them. The floors were disgusting and hadn’t been mopped. There were spider webs in the ceiling and roaches in the bathroom. I paid for a king size bed but all the rooms with king size beds were filthy so I had to have a queen size bed with king size sheets on the that kept wrinkling up all night. The countertop and stov bed op were nasty. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean my own room the very 1st night. Jada was very nice and apologized but it wasn’t her fault but she was very helpful. She was able to get my stay refunded but I ended up still leaving and not finishing up my stay due to the roaches and filth of the bathroom and room. Even after I cleaned it it still felt unsanitary.

The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and had roaches in them. There ceiling had spider webs hanging out of them Their towels were dirty and the tub, toilet, towels and sink had hairs all over them. The floors were disgusting and had dirt spots all on them Jada was very accommodating in helping me find a clean room, we went to SEVERAL different rooms before we were able to find one halfway clean. She was also able to get my stay free but I still had to clean my room and due to the roaches and nastiness I left the next morning and never went back to finish out my stay.
