Room was clean, confortable. Everything you need from this class of hotel. Absolutely no complaints what so ever about the hotel. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 Stars is that the neighborhood just blocks to the east of the property is a little sketchy. We had no incidents, but...

This is an older motel renovated into a newer motel. The renovation was a budget-conscious, cosmetic job so many of the rooms have bad wall texture, small cheap tvs that don't work, flimsy fiberglass tub/showers, and sketchy (probably filthy) carpet. When we arrived there were black hairs on our pillows, in the sink, and in the shower. The comforters had stains on both of them. It also appears to be home for a lot of day-laborers who have cigarette buckets and work boots outside their rooms. This place sucks - we should have paid $50 more for a real hotel room.

The room was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast bar was good. And the price was good. Overall, I was pleased. I just didn't like the location.
