Room was not clean and shower leaked making a big puddle in the floor. We were there to attend a memorial service for my brother and decided to check out on Saturday. We arrived back at the hotel to check out a 3:10 and the clerk said since it was after 3 we would have to pay for the extra day. I have left messages for the manager to contact me but she will not return my calls.

I stayed here two times. The 2nd time was unfortunate. The bathroom was not clean. Had to clean the toilet seat before we could use it. Thank god we had sanitizer wipes. The floor had sand or something all over it. But we were too tire to switch rooms. I wish there was a walkie at the desk we waited like 10 plus mon with another customer waiting for her to come back. (I use to work hotels if you have to help a customer or go to another floor there is only so much you can do one person a shift, but a walkie so they can say hey ill be there shortly just makes you feel better as you wait)
