Nice but poor noise insulation
The room was very large and well thought out. The hotel was clean and staff very helpful. I dropped it a bit because the noise insulation is poor. We heard lots of noise from people walking above us and the hallway and rooms next to us. Most hotels in this price point will do much better on noise insulation... that part felt like an economy hotel!

I had no hot water Tried several times Saturday evening and called front desk to be told on demand water heater and it takes longer since I was on the second floor to try let it run for 5 to 10 mins which we did and as well the next morning and no hot water so needless to say we were unable to shower.

The room we stayed in had no hot water. Called the front desk to be told to let water run 5 to 10 mins because they have a on demand water heater and we did that multiple times the night of our stay and the next morning we still had no hot water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that I would suggest is have more of a variety for breakfast. There were waffles, cereal and eggs. I would incorporate a meat or 2.
