The front desk staff not friendly. Paid by 3rd party and not told anything about a city tax charge. Was going to use the pool but the bottom was filthy on the deeper end. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Very disappointed at the service for the price.

The pool area and the outside deck area was nicely landscaped, but the outdoor furniture and seating was horrid. We could not find a single place to sit and relax. We had to sit in the convention hall area! Marriot should be ashamed!!!

The hotel was not very good. We could mot take a shower because both faucets only had hot scalding water. The shower door would not stay closed. The rugs in the room were not tacked down. This made it easy to slip and fall. The restaurant good was not great We were disappointed in the entire hotel.

When I checked in, the hotel was overrun by a 200 + Roudy biker gang. The check in staff apologized about the noise and stated that the women with the biker gang are there for pleasure and questioned as to why I did not know about the biker gang was staying at the hotel. Concerning food on the premises she suggested either door dash in the room or go somewhere else. The reason that I picked this place is because it is directly next to the space camp for my 14-year-old son. We felt unsafe, made complaints about the 1am noise, drug use and the blaring music in the pool, near our room. I will never recommend or stay at this place again. I should have been offered to stay at a different location without a financial penalty.
