The walls were stained, we parked our rental car in the car park someone done a hit and run, we asked the to motel to check cameras they said they would took pictures of the damage but after checking cameras they are refusing to help and were very rude to us and started hanging up every time we ring and claim they didn’t take any photos we are now liable for the damage on our rental car DO NOT STAY HERE

We didn’t like the bed sheets has so many stains that were not cleaned properly. Not one sheet there’s were 3 sheets was extremely dirty stains on we asked to be changed at. The two Indian staffs serve the bed sheets don’t speak english which the front office counter staff came in our room . Front desk counter staff was very rude and disrespectful to us not properly trained at all the way he speak. We’re just asked to get bed sheets change that’s all. His common said we’re not at Marriott Hotel. We paid $211.54 for one night stay its average above. Believe me we’re not going back or recommend anyone’s because of dirtiness bed sheets and bad management front counter desk staff.

We had a great stay here in Knights Inn. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were very accommodating.

The property was better than expected. Beds very clean no remaining hair from the last guest. Bathroom clean. No buggies Heat was working very well. Staff was very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a cheap stay without the worries usually associated with less charge.

Stayed two nights in Huntsville for the Fall Colours:) Knights Inn is a ‘get what you pay for’ motel. Good price, decent bed, working heater, hot shower. We were happily surprised with main room, new headboard and nightstand, but they forgot to include the bathroom with upgrades… at least throw some paint on that rusty old baseboard heater!!😳😳😳 Breakfast was average. Plus side: Across the street from a fun little place with live music!!

Perfect location, walked to near by restaurant and stores. Front desk clerk was awesome. He helped us out with a few requests. Room was very clean. Would stay here again.

We had a few issues. We rented a room with a hot tub which is an extra charge and there was barely warm water coming from the tap. When i mentioned it i was dismissed then promptly told i cannot have my service dog in the office because they also serve breakfast there. Which i was about to have. I politely attempted to explain my service dog. Providing my medical note for having her. She was under control and this staff member had no reason to ask us to leave. Staff need to do better. Im a first reaponder who now needs this animal and dont appreciate being discriminated against by people who are unfamiliar with the law and how it involves their job.

Short walk to downtown was great, room very clean. Went for coffee in am, no coffee, 2 less than fresh bagels, and no one around. Very clean, staff were friendly when we met them on arrival. A little pricey but it was short notice booking. Walls are thin but it was peaceful and we had a great time in Huntsville.
