Lights didn’t work and when I went to look for an outlet, I pulled a chair back and there was a huge spider. Asked for another room and the second room had a hole in it (small, but near the bottom and only a few rooms away from the first one).

It was a cheaper option for an overnight stay. The staff was friendly. The room was cool when we got there. The top comforter could have been a little cleaner. But overall it wasn’t bad.

My overnight stay was uneventful. The room and bath were nice sized and clean. The bed and beddings were clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was just okay. This location is just off the interstats so there was occasional road noise. Overall, a good value for the price.

Great overnight stay

Room was clean, beds comfortable, good breakfast! Parking lot well lit. Night desk person seemed a bit ruffled and also didn’t give much info, where rooms are, breakfast times etc. Breakfast was really good and hot. The only complaint would be the noise of people hanging outside… you can hear them talking etc, which isn’t the motel’s fault, but maybe signs could be put up to let people know everyone can hear every word they say lol We just stayed an overnight traveling, would stay here again for an overnight.

The rooms had exterior doors and our door was broken, it was almost unable to lock and when shut there was a 1/2 inch gap on 3 sides!. The room had bare outlets, non working lighting, broken remote for TV . I was advised that if I wanted another room, it would be where they were painting. We didn't stay our 2nd night.

I arrived at the hotel a little after midnight to a sign on the door saying to call the night manager. I got a busy tone when I called and even a rep from the national number couldn't get a hold of anyone. In the end, I waited 30 minutes before being told there wasn't anything they could do and I haf to book a second hotel. Your manager refused to provide me a refund. Horrible customer service!
