I stayed at this resort on March 29 and was impressed by the lady at the front desk. She was super nice, professional, and provided excellent service. I’ve been to many hotels in the area, as well as several Marriott properties in different locations, but her hospitality stood out. Unfortunately, there was a city-wide power outage during my stay. However, the resort and staff handled the situation wonderfully. Despite the inconvenience, they remained friendly and accommodating, making the experience much better.

Probably the best stay / resort in Gravenhurst. The location is great with amazing view of the lake. Visited this place during the late winter.... It would be even better in summer.
